Currently years from now I would imagine myself as an epidemiologist working in the field of global health specifically looking at Foodborne Infections. I would hopefully be tackling the issue of Foodborne illnesses in rural areas which kill millions per year due to diarrhea. Epidemiologist usually does field work to understand the root of the disease break out, who is at risk, and how to prevent the further spread of such an outbreak. I would imagine they look at the demographics of the community. Specifically in Foodborne diseases I would imagine I would focus my learning on breakout detection in water sources and food toxin ingestion. As an undergrad I would study biology and other natural science, maybe add some business administration incase I could one day open my own company in this work. I enjoy team collaboration, and in this field it is important to get other perspectives and work together. Hopefully as a result I would be helping rural communities in third world countries. I envision myself first working for a large company or government agency like the CDC, then hopefully branching out on my own to run a company with a similar goal by all the connections I have made in my journey. Based on my pervious knowledge, sometimes people with autism have a special talent, or highly developed skill. Maybe a person with autism could be able to see the target disease from a sample under a microscope better than the average human eye. In one stage of epidemiology one looks for the cause of the disease, one would have to be able to identify the disease first to find its origin. Maybe a person with mental 'disabilities' could have an innate sense of spotting it in a samp
